Terms of Service

1. Overview

Pantsir provides interactive security labs, wallet-enabled subscriptions, and related services (“Services”). We may modify the Services over time, including adding or removing features. Supplemental terms may apply to specific features.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your region.
• You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining the security of your credentials and authenticated devices.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us promptly at hello@pantisr.cc.

3. Wallets & On‑Chain Transactions

• Wallets may be provisioned via our authentication/wallet provider. We do not store your private keys on our servers.
• Some transactions (e.g., subscription charges or withdrawals you initiate) may be submitted by server-side session signers associated with your authenticated account. We will not transact without your authenticated context and instruction.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and public. You are responsible for verifying destination addresses and amounts before authorizing an action.
• Network fees and confirmation times are set by the underlying chain and are outside our control.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, chains supported for payment, and payout addresses are disclosed in‑product and may change with notice.
• When you activate a subscription, you authorize recurring on-chain charges at each renewal interval until you cancel. If a renewal fails (e.g., insufficient funds), we may retry or suspend access.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, refunds are generally not available once a transaction is confirmed on-chain. Where required by law or at our discretion, we may provide a service credit or other remedy.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• No interference with, disruption of, or overburdening the Services or networks.
• No attempts to bypass security, access non-public data, or reverse engineer.
• No resale, sublicensing, or providing the Services to third parties without permission.
• Respect third‑party rights and applicable export/sanctions regulations.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• We and our licensors own the Services and all related intellectual property.
• Labs and other content are licensed to you for personal learning and evaluation. Any redistribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
• You retain rights to your submissions; you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process them to operate the Services.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Services integrate third‑party providers (e.g., authentication, wallets, databases, blockchain RPC, email). Your use remains subject to these Terms; the providers may have their own terms that apply between you and them.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not control public blockchains and do not guarantee transaction confirmation times or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) to us for the Services in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pantsir and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, risk to the Services, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated and take effect when posted. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Pantsir is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
